The feature is hosted by Ginger over at GReads! But until further notice you can find it over at Kate’s Tales of
Books and Bands. If you would like to participate in this weekly feature, make
a blog post showcasing a song (or a few) head on over to Kate’s blog and link
up at the bottom of the post!
Since its February and valentine’s day is in this month, this has become
a month when love songs are features.
“This is a great song” --Shanese
“Love this”
--Betsy
Anyone can play
along by doing the following. Grab your current read open to a random page and
share two “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page.
Please no spoilers
(make sure what you shared doesn’t give away too much! You don’t want to ruin
the book for others!) Share the title & author, so that other TT
participants can add to their TBR list of they like your teaser!
Today’s teasers are from the books Escaping Destiny book 3 in the Fae Chronicles by Amelia Hutchins
and Damaged book 1 in the Damaged series by H.M. Ward
“Bitches love big libraries The Demon said there are several
just laying around. Work on getting me one?”
Escaping Destiny 45% on
kindle -Shanese’s pick.
"I
lost everything when she died. I haven't felt a goddamn thing since then. But
then you came along...you're smart and beautiful. I thought I could move on,
but I couldn't. I wasn't ready. You were the only person who understood that
and knew what it truly meant."
Damaged pg. 243 -Betsy’s
pick.

Two good Teasers, but the one from Damaged really grabbed me. The cover's cool too.
ReplyDeleteMy Teaser is from SINFUL FOLKS.
My Spotify account seems to think I listen to a lot of One Direction but I'd have remembered that song; I really liked it.
ReplyDeleteWow, great picks for the Tune Ins and Teasers. Bitches love big libraries, indeed. And omg, Say Something is such an amazing song... so much feels!
ReplyDeleteI adore both of your picks but I especially love A Great Big World's song. It is just so beautiful and heartbreaking.
