I won’t lie this isn’t the first book that I’ve read by Ms. Langlais so I had high hopes for this book so I can tell you that I wasn’t disappointed. If anything this was my favorite of the books that I’ve read by Ms. Langlais. I’m in love.
This story had everything you could want in a great story, romance, magic, sexy alpha males, a kick ass heroine, steamy sex, and just the right touch of mystery. Right from the start Sally and Drake had this thing about them that was hot and it made me want to read on. Last Minion Standing is the perfect example of good things coming in small packages or in this case, short stories. Ms. Langlais proves that your story doesn’t need to be over one hundred pages to pack a real punch.
This story was amazing. I read the whole thing in one sit through and I found myself upset that it was over. I wished it could have gone on forever but like every good story it had to end. I was hooked from the beginning to the end, from the first sentence until the last word. Honestly the only thing you really need to know about this story is that you don’t want to miss it.
My hat goes off to Ms. Langlais, and if she keeps writing like this I will read anything she puts out.
