TGIF is a fun little feature hosted by Ginger @ GReads! Every week we re-cap what has happened on the blog plus Ginger asks a question for us to answer. This week’ question is: Book Moments: What has been your favorite moment (scene) in a book that you've read so far in 2012? Please be kind & not include spoilers.

As always Ginger asked a very good question.

I find that I have a favorite moment in every book I read none more memorable than another but since most of them contains spoilers I’ll have to give you a good one.

In The Nanny Bombshell by Michelle Celmer I have to say that my favorite scene was when Coop Landon tell his new nanny Sierra Evans that he’ll never give the twins up because he’s their uncle, he loves them and he owes it to his dead that brother that he be the one to take care of his daughters.

You really love them,” she said
The twins? “He found himself grinning. “Yeah, I do. What’s not to love? This was obviously not a part of my plans, but I want to do right by them. I owe Ash that much. He sacrificed a lot to raise me. He worked two jobs and put college for years to be there for me, and believe me, I was a handful. Some people thought that because the twins aren’t Ash biological kids it somehow absolved me of all responsibility. Even their birth mother seemed to think so.”

Like I said before,” he told Sierra firmly, meaning every word, “priorities change. For me, the girls come first, and they always will.”

I loved that his sense of duty and family was so stronger and me happy in the most simplest of ways. Family is very important to me and I love when I see how strong it is in other people.
