T.G.I.F (38)
TGIF is a fun little feature
hosted by Ginger @ GReads! Every
week we re-cap what has happened on the blog plus Ginger asks a question for us
to answer. This week’ question is: Best I’ve Read So
Far: We’re halfway
through the year (crazy how time flies!), which top 3 books are the best you’ve
read so are this year?
As always Ginger asked a very good
question.
Love this question.
Seriously hard!!!! As of right now I’ve read 218 books this year and
there are some really good one. Now I’ve went through all of the books and
keeping up with only three is so hard. I narrowed it down to my nine favorites.
Now picking only three of the nine, so hard!!
Otherkin by Nina Berry.
Amazing. The action started right away and didn’t let up at all. I did
not put this book down at all. I started and didn’t stop until I was finished. My
review is the on the way but this book might be my favorite book of the year,
or maybe even all time.
Deity by
Jennifer L. Armentrout.
Book three in the Covenant series and the best one yet. I can’t give anything
away because it isn’t out yet. But seriously if you haven’t read this series
yet, DO IT!!!!
Someone Else’s
Fairytale by E.M. Teppetts
I loved this book! Honestly it was seriously good. It wasn’t just some
fluffy, cute book about a girl and movie star. It was everything! I just loved
it, mainly because it surprised me and rarely does a book that anymore. You can
check out my review of it here.
The rest of the nine
Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins
Here Be Sexist Vampire by Suzanne Wright
Feral Sins by Suzanne Wright
Easy by Tammara Webber

218 BOOKS! Wow, I thought I was doing well but you have blown me out of the water. I am going to have to check out Someone Else's Fairytale when I get the chance :)
ReplyDeleteThank for sharing :)

Wow that's a lot of books - lol - I don't think I could just narrow it down to 3 if I had read that many :-)

Wow!
ReplyDeleteI'm a new book blogger, so until about a month ago, I didn't bother keeping records of what I read or when. I'm far too lazy to go back and try and figure things out, so I have no idea how many books I've read this year, but I'm sure it isn't that many - I'd have estimated about 100!
You may have just sold Otherkin to me - any book hailed as someone's possible book of the year (or all time!) sounds like it's worth a look, and from what I can see online the book looks pretty interesting. It's gone on my TBR list, and I'll pick up a copy when it comes out I think.
My first TGIF
I have yet to read the books you chose (though I do have Deity and can't wait), but they all sound really good. I'm especially intrigued by Otherkin.
